REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel or amend your order before we have dispatched your order by contacting us at ([email protected])
if we have dispatched your delivery, you can return an item within 14 days of purchase/delivery if your item is damaged or faulty. The item should be unused in its original packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure fast and reliable service, we accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by faulty goods, delays, or lost or misreported orders.
If there is a problem with any of the items, you have received you should contact us immediately as time is of the essence and we have a very narrow window (48 hours after delivery) in which to effect returns or make claims.
